EASY FUDGE
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chip morsels
1 can chocolate frosting
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
On low heat, melt chocolate chip morsels and frosting together.
Stir continuously.
Remove from heat and stir in nuts. (optional)
Pour into a greased baking pan.
Let cool completely.
Cut into squares.

EASY CROCK POT CANDY
1 jar (16 oz) dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
1 jar (16 oz) dry roasted peanuts, salted
1 pkg (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bar (4 oz) german chocolate, broken into pieces
3 lbs (or 2 planks) white bark, broken into pieces
Put ingredients into a 4 or 5 quart crock pot in order listed.
Cover and cook 3 hours on low. (DO NOT REMOVE LID.)
Turn off and cool slightly.
Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Let cool thoroughly.
Makes approximately 170 pieces.

BEST FUDGE NUT BROWNIES
4 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sifted flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and eggs, blend well.
Stir in vanilla, salt, and nuts.
Gradually add flour, blend well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edge of pan.
Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Cut into squares.
